The goal is to help you:

How it works (under 1 minute)
1. Choose how you feel: select “Anxiety/Stress”, “Can’t Sleep”, “Negative Thoughts”, or “Lost/No Focus”.
2. Receive your exercise: you’ll see short, clear steps on screen to do right away in under 5 minutes.
3. Follow the steps: brief and concrete actions aimed at relief now.
4. Repeat as needed: come back whenever you want.
